Peter James McCaull (Independent) has been elected to Herefordshire Council following yesterday's by election in the Leominster South ward.
The result, following a 28.14 per cent out, is:
Peter McCaull (Independent) 515 votes - ELECTED
Keith Miles (Conservative) 397 votes
Joan Thwaites (Green Party) 200 votes
Matt Lane (Liberal Democrat) 131 votes
Rejected votes: 6
