Plans for two semi-detached chalet bungalows in a garden at the rear of 93 Highmore Street were approved by members of the central area planning sub-committee at their meeting on Wednesday, October 1.
There will be four parking spaces provided.
Hereford City Council raised no objection.
Eleven letters of objection were received expressing concerns at losing views, increased traffic danger and that the home designs did not promote the distinctive character of Highmore Street.
