The French Market from Normandy is back in the county and is to set up in Ross-on-Wye and Hereford this Friday and Saturday, July 4 and 5.
Those who enjoy a taste of French food are in for a treat with the visit of Marche de France traders from Normandy.
There will be a magnificent cheese lorry with an enormous selection of French cheeses.
Bread will be baked onsite in front of visitors; the smell of bread, croissants and patisseries is expected to fill the town centres.
Also will be the Charcuterie with sausages, olives, cider, smoked ham, Calvados, sweets, honey, pure butter homemade biscuits and cakes, cheesecakes and, of course, garlic!
For those with a sweet tooth, farm made jams and homemade apple and Calvados fondant cakes will be available, as will the hugely popular crepes.
For those with a small space left, the sweet stall will also be making fresh pralines on site.
The market will take place in Ross-on-Wye together with the Farmers’ Market and the Antiques and Collectables on Friday, July 4, and in Hereford on Saturday, July 5, between 9am and 4.30pm.
