The Noise is a big event organised by local churches and community groups on Saturday 21st June for young people aged 11 years and up to make a contribution to the upkeep of their environment and have lots of fun.
Supported by Herefordshire Council's youth service, the day will kick off with registration at 11am at Kingstone High School, and follow with ice breakers, team talk and lunch.
In the afternoon, teams will go out to various projects in the local community which include litter picking, gardening and painting the local play area.
The day will be rounded off with a free community barbeque and fun activities including inflatable sumo wrestling suits, team games and an inflatable assault course as a reward for all the hard work.
There's still time to get involved - young people interested in participating in the Noise can contact the community youth worker, Sarah Melia on 01432 383376 or 07792 880199.
