A powerful anti-racism film produced by Herefordshire Council is being showcased as part of the sixth annual Borderlines Film Festival, which is currently underway in the county.
The short film is entitled Me-We after what is reputed to be the world's shortest poem, written by Mohammed Ali. It will be shown at the Courtyard Centre in Hereford at 4.30pm on Tuesday 8 April.
The council's diversity team produced the film, which features real people and their experiences in Herefordshire - its theme concerns how negative and positive individual thoughts and actions feed into community attitudes.
The director, members of the council's diversity team and some of the people who appear in the film will be present to discuss the film and the issues it raises. For more information, contact Neville Meredith, race equality development officer, on 01432 267307.
