Herefordshire's Youth Council has raised a magnificent £200 towards the Barrs Court Hydrosense Appeal.
Barrs Court school for children with special educational needs has been fundraising for its own hydrotherapy pool so that it doesn't have to transport its students to other parts of the county for hydrotherapy.
Marie Williams is a student at the school and has been an active member of the Youth Council since August 2006. The Youth Council decided to hold a huge 'gig' at Hereford Sixth Form College earlier this month to raise funds towards the school's appeal.
Seventy youngsters moshed their way through three hours of music and raised £200 in the process which Marie presented to the school last week.
