A Herefordshire farmer is to appear at Hereford Magistrates Court on Friday, October 26, charged with moving cattle and sheep when there was a total ban on livestock movements due to foot and mouth restrictions.
Nigel Bevan of Coldbrook Farm, St Weonards, is charged with moving the livestock on Friday, September 14.
