The site lies within the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the new homes will be two storey with rooms within their roofspaces.
As it lies within the defined settlement boundary of Colwall, the site is identified for development in the Herefordshire Unitary Development Plan.
Four letters of objection were received expressing concern over increased noise and disturbance and the height of the planned homes.
Various conditions were attached to the planning consent.
