Motorists advised to move cars in Hereford car park

Motorists who have cars parked on Hereford’s Merton Meadow car park are being advised to move them urgently as the neighbouring brook has burst its banks and is beginning to flood the area.

Herefordshire Council is also advising motorists that the city’s St Martin’s overflow car park  - next to the swimming pool – may become flooded soon and should be avoided.
