Register office on the move

If you live in or around Hereford and you want to register a birth, marriage or death, you need to head for the Town Hall in St Owen Street from tomorrow, Tuesday, January 16.
In recent months work has taken place to convert offices at the Town Hall into the new home for the Register Office.
Previously at Herefordshire Council’s Bath Street offices, the new location at the Town Hall has also been licensed to allow marriage ceremonies, civil partnerships and baby naming ceremonies to take place.
Anyone wanting to contact the Register Office by telephone can do so on (01432) 260565, and the opening hours are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 9.30am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 4pm, and on Thursday, from 9.30am to 12.30pm.
