The user-friendly Ledbury mini map, produced by Herefordshire Council with the support of the Ledbury Area Cycle Forum, contains a fully updated map of the market town, highlighting designated cycle routes and footpaths.
The guide aims to encourage more residents, workers and commuters, who usually travel across the town in their cars, to give walking or cycling a go.
It also contains information on facilities for walkers and cyclists.
The mini map has been produced in an ‘easy to view’ and portable format which can be carried in a pocket.
Janette Barratt, Sustainable Travel Officer, said: “Ledbury has a large number of dedicated cycle paths that enables easy access to the town centre, schools and leisure facilities.
“Walking and biking are often the quickest and easiest ways to get around the town and, of course, it’s cheaper, healthier and doesn’t cause pollution.”
Copies of the new guide are now available from Ledbury bike shops and public buildings such as the library, Tourist Information Centre and community health centre or download a copy from the resource box at the top of the page.
