The Herefordshire Partnership

Herefordshire Partnership comprises representatives from local and regional organisations. Through joint consultation and intelligence they identify the key issues for the County and, through effective partnership working, plan how resources will best be deployed to commission services to address these and deliver real improvement for local residents. 

The Sustainable Community Strategy is a document which sets out these key issues and the principles which underpin the way work. It is guided by a Vision:

"Herefordshire will be a place where people, organisations and businesses working together within an outstanding natural environment will bring about sustainable prosperity and well being for all."

A new Sustainable Community Strategy will be published in 2012. 

Herefordshire Partnership is led by an Executive Group, which also has responsibility for the statutory function of the Safer Herefordshire Group.
