Appeals
If you wish to make an appeal (other than against the banding of your property), in the first instance, you should write to us with reasons why you consider that the council has made an incorrect decision. We have 2 months to determine your appeal. If you are still aggrieved after this you may appeal directly to the Valuation Tribunal.Their address is:
