Herefordshire Council and NHS Herefordshire lead the UK in terms of advanced partnership working, with a single chief executive, a joint management board and several integrated services. 

This degree of innovation and change means that the structures published below are only completely accurate on the date of review, but in general they should reflect the basic posts and functions.
