Paying Bills Online
Thank you for choosing to make your payment to Herefordshire Council online, the easy way to pay for council services. This service is provided for the council by Alliance & Leicester's BillPay scheme and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.It offers full compliance with the Payment Card Industry Security Standards and for all web browsers with a 128-bit encryption. The list of services you can pay for online is shown below and you can pay by debit card for all of these services; payment by credit card is not accepted for council tax or business rates but is available for the other services.

To use the service you will require your account reference or invoice number as shown on the front of the bill issued by Herefordshire Council, along with your debit/credit card details.
You will also need to register your details to use the service, although registration is quick and easy and once registered you will be able to return and use the service again.
