Housing Research
Important notice
Herefordshire Council Research Team are currently developing a new website, drawing together information currently presented on the Herefordshire Council and Herefordshire Partnership sites. The new site should go "live" in January 2010. You may need to update any bookmarks or links you have to either of the current sites.
The latest Housing Needs Assessment for the county was issued in September 2005, and can be found in the resources box on the right hand side.

There is an on-going programme of housing needs studies in the villages. Links to all the Housing Needs reports produced since 2002 can be found below. Housing Needs reports for the smaller settlements are produced independently of Herefordshire Council by a Rural Housing Enabler, who is employed by Community First, the Rural Community Council for Herefordshire and Worcestershire. These reports can be found on the Community First website.
