MPs and MEPs

Herefordshire has two Members of Parliament, Paul Keetch is MP for Hereford and Bill Wiggin (Conservative) is MP for Leominster.

Paul Keetch was elected to Parliament as the MP for Hereford on 1 May 1997 and was subsequently re-elected on 7 June 2001.

He is the Liberal Democrat Shadow Defence Secretary and forms part of the Liberal Democrat Foreign Affairs and Defence team.

Bill Wiggin became MP for Leominster in 2001.

He was promoted to Shadow Secretary of State for Wales in November 2003, previously he was the Shadow Minister for the Environment.

The MP continues to be a Member of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Select Committee, which he joined in 2002.

Bill Wiggin holds two types of advice surgeries, either by appointment in the market towns or in his mobile surgery. A full list of all his surgeries are available on his website, a link to which is shown below.
