Our Open Data Principles

• Publication of Data forms part of our commitment to be open and transparent with you.
• These data sets are licensed but are freely re-usable under the Open Government Licence.
• We aim to be as transparent as we can but in some cases we will need to respect information that could be seen as sensitive due to the data protection act, relates to the protection of vulnerable adults and children, or is not publishable by law.
• Data will be presented in a raw state with information about its origins and purpose. 
• Data will be presented in a way that it can be easily read in a variety of applications.
• We are always looking for opportunities to improve our data so let us know if you have any comments about these data sets.
