Children's Trust Management Group

Reporting to the Children's Trust Board, the Management Group will appropriately commission, resource, target and performance manage the work of the Children's Trust to meet the objectives of the Children and Young People's Plan (CYPP). The Management Group will challenge and co-ordinate the work of the outcome groups.
