Children's Trust
The Board is responsible for the development and improvement programme for children and young people in Herefordshire.The Children & Young People’s Plan describes the direction and priorities for Herefordshire.
The Children Act 2004 confirmed a national change programme to integrate assessments and services and to focus on 5 outcome areas – Be Healthy, Stay Safe, Enjoying & Achieving, Making a Positive Contribution and Achieving Economic Well Being.
The work of the Board is described in the Plan and the minutes of bi-monthly meetings. The minutes are available for practitioners to see and use.
