Children's Trust
Welcome to the Herefordshire Children’s Trust section.
The Children’s Trust in Herefordshire brings together all the agencies that provide services for children, young people and their families. By working together in partnership we aim to improve the outcomes and opportunities our children and young people achieve.
The priorities of the Children’s Trust are included in Herefordshire’s Children and Young People’s Plan 2008-2011
Nationally there are high expectations on what a Children’s Trust should do. In Herefordshire, our Children’s Trust is working on a number of exciting projects and initiatives, including developing locality services. Visit the Key projects and strategies page for further details.
In Herefordshire, the Children’s Trust is organised around the five Every Child Matter outcomes of:
