What is the Children and Young People's Plan?
The Children and Young People's Plan is a government requirement which is the single overarching strategic plan for improving services to children and young people in Herefordshire.
The plan is the work of the Herefordshire Children's Trust and describes the vision for integrating services in Herefordshire, an analysis of needs and agreed priorities for action thereby ensuring better outcomes for all children and young people.
A new plan covering the period 2008-2011 has been developed by the Children's Trust and was formally launched in June 2008.
