Your local customer service centre

There are six customer service centres (CSCs) located throughout Herefordshire in each of the market towns as well as in Hereford. The CSCs deliver a comprehensive package of services for the council and partner organisations.

We can offer you information, advice and assistance, progress chasing, complaint handling, even help filling in application forms is provided in person, by email, or the telephone. This comprehensive package of services also includes payment facilities and a translation service.
