Customer Service

Customer services provide information, advice and assistance, progress chasing and complaint handling for all council services in person, over the telephone or via the website, email, letter or fax. This comprehensive package of services also includes payment facilities and a translation service.

Customer services aims to provide easier access to information and joined up services for all residents and visitors to Herefordshire.
