This is a free 24 hour helpline (if called from a landline) and is staffed by highly trained female advisors. They offer confidential advice, support and information along with access to safe accommodation and individual and group support sessions.

West Mercia Women's Aid covers Herefordshire, Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin and Worcestershire.

Although West Mercia Women's Aid is unable to directly assist male victims, they can offer a signposting service to other relevant agencies.

This helpline is run in partnership between Women's Aid and Refuge. They provide a confidential freephone 24 hour helpline staffed by fully trained female advisors, offering information and support. These two organisations also run and co-ordinate a network of refuges, safe accommodation and emergency shelter for women and children at risk.

This organisation has over three decades of real and practical experience of working with abused males of all ages.  They also work independently with different genders of abusers and their families.  They aim to help prevent domestic abuse and provide support for males who suffer such abuse, whilst actively promoting and supporting safer family unity and child safety.

This is a website for children and young people run by Women's Aid.  It helps you to understand domestic abuse and how to take positive action if it's happening to you.  They've also included a wide range of information and contact details for other agencies that will be able to help you.

If you are a victim of crime, including domestic abuse, your local Victim Support branch can offer you, your family and friends information and support.  If you have to attend a trial at a Court of Law, their witness service can help you before, during and after the trial.
