Partnership implementation groups

For each priority area, we have established a specific implementation group. The groups leading on each priority have focused action plans to combat the specific issues identified through audit and consultations.

The action plans highlight specific partnership initiatives that aim to tackle each of the strategy priority areas.

The groups are:

• Domestic violence forum
• Drugs intervention programme (DIP) steering group
• Drug related crime group
• Joint commissioning group
• Prolific and other priority offenders steering group
