Herefordshire Community Safety and Drugs Partnership is a statutory, multi-agency partnership set up to tackle community safety and drug issues across the county. The Partnership aims to work together to make Herefordshire a safer place to live, work and visit, focusing on education, prevention, enforcement and treatment.

The Crime and Disorder Act 1998 placed a statutory duty on local authorities and the police to act in co-operation with the Probation Service, health authorities and other relevant agencies, to work together to develop and implement a strategy for tackling crime and disorder in their area. This was later amended in the Police Reform Act (2002) to include the Police Authority, Fire Service and the Primary Care Trust.
As a result, Herefordshire Community Safety Partnership was established, and in 2004 it merged with Herefordshire's Drug Action Team to form Herefordshire Community Safety and Drugs Partnership.
