Question:
When hiring out space, can I sell direct to the public?Answer:
No, the system is for promotions, displays and advertising only.No direct selling is permitted - this would require a Street Trading Consent from Herefordshire Council.
Indirect selling whereby a firm displays or promotes their items and takes orders for them to be delivered or dispatched at a later date is permissible. No cash must change hands on site though.
