Poisons licence

If you wish to sell 'Part II Poisons'- i.e. non-pharmaceutical, you must be registered with the local authority. 'Part II Poisons' have been reproduced within our Sale of Poisons leaflet available to download below.

Completing and Submitting An Application

All forms should be printed out and completed using black ink. Please return to Herefordshire Council Trading Standards, PO Box 233, Hereford, HR1 2ZF. We cannot accept e-mailed applications because all forms must have a hand written signature and enclose the appropriate fee. Cheques should be made payable to 'Herefordshire Council'.
