Hire space in High Town, Hereford

Hereford High Town is a prime promotion site and forms the integral part of the pedestrianised thoroughfare in the heart of Hereford.

The site can be booked for promotional, arts and community use. It is advisable to apply well in advance as the site can be extensively booked. It is recommended that the site is viewed before booking to ensure that it is appropriate for the event/activity.

All Hirers must have produced (in advance) evidence of Public Liability Insurance Cover to the value of £5,000,000.

There is also now the facility for charitable and not for profit organisations to utilise the lamp columns in High Town to display banners advertising specific events, provided all aspects are to the satisfaction of the council. Contact us for more information.

Busking

Ad-hoc busking does not currently require a licence or permit in High Town, or elsewhere in Herefordshire, on council Highway. It is however recommended that the Code of Practice document available below for download, is read and adhered to.
