  1. Try the CEnTSA frequently asked questions (FAQS) search, where you can find answers to the most commonly complained about issues including Builders & Home Improvements, Cars, Eating Out, Holidays, Buying Goods & Services, Mail Order, Financial Services, Household and Appliance Repairs
  2. Our advice leaflets cover a wide range of issue and explain what your rights are
  3. If you still can't find the solution to your problem you can speak to an adviser by telephoning: -
