Approval of product specific premises

If a food business produces meat products, dairy products, fish products or minced meat or meat preparations, and amongst its customers it serves retailers, then it is likely that the business will need to be 'approved'.

The question of whether or not an approval is necessary is often extremely complex. Officers of Environmental Health Commercial are available to discuss such issues and advise on the necessary course of action.
