Careers services at higher educational institutions in the West Midlands have collaborated to bring you Graduate Advantage. The collective aims of the service are to:

• foster and develop links between businesses and the higher education sector across the West Midlands region
• encourage high-quality students to remain in the West Midlands after graduation
• enable students to graduate with the portfolio of skills sought by employers.

Each careers service also provides a wide range of professional advice and information to employers.
