Ross on Wye Area

The Ross Area Partnership is a group of representatives from the public, private and voluntary sectors together with individuals resident in the Ross Area. There are over 50 members of the Ross Area Partnership, all sharing a common vision:

“To see Ross-on-Wye as a thriving market town at the heart of a unique rural environment.” 

A Strategic Action Plan for Ross and area has been developed and  work is underway to complete a year 1 Implementation Plan strategy for Ross-on-Wye in order to secure funding from our Regional Development Agency, Advantage West Midlands as part of the Market Towns Initiative programme. The strategy considers the main issues and problems facing the town and shows how the town aims to address these issues and capitalise on opportunities to achieve our vision.

We are keen to know details of all the projects going on in the area. If you have an idea you can contact the Market Towns Officer for Ross on Wye whose role is to facilitate the regeneration of the Ross-on-Wye area through the Ross Area Partnership.
