The Marches Redundant Building Grant Scheme
A new Redundant Building Grant Scheme for Herefordshire, Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin will be launched in the New Year.Funded under the Government’s Regional Growth Fund, grants of between £3,000 and £50,000 (30% of eligible costs) will be awarded for the conversion or refurbishment of redundant buildings, to bring them back into productive economic use.
