The easiest way to pay is by direct debit. You will always be told about any changes and you can cancel it at any time. You are guaranteed an immediate refund of any payment which breaks the terms of your instruction. You can set up direct debit payments over the phone by contacting the Business Rates Section on 01432 260373 or by downloading an instruction shown at the right of this page.
The instruction must be completed, signed and returned to the address shown on the instruction. Alternatively, you can ask for a form at any of the our customer service centres.

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by telephoning Allpay on 0844 557 8321 and quoting the 19 digit number found beneath the bar code on the front of the bill. You can pay by debit card only.
You may pay free of charge at any outlet displaying the PayPoint sign. A list of PayPoint locations in Herefordshire Council's area can be downloaded from the resources box to the right. Please take your bill with you, as the bar code has to be scanned.
You can post your payment to Herefordshire Council, PO Box 224, Hereford, HR1 2XW. Please do not send cash payments through the post; your payment should be by cheque made payable to "Herefordshire Council" or postal order. Please write your account number on the reverse and allow for the possibility of postal delays when you send your payment. No receipts will be issued.
