What are access keys?

Access keys are keyboard shortcuts that enable a user to navigate around a website without the use of a mouse.

How to use access keys

This depends on the web browser you are using.

If you use Internet Explorer

  1. Press and hold the 'Alt' key
  2. Press the required number or letter
  3. Release the keys and press the 'ENTER' key

If you are using a Mac

  • Substitute the 'Ctrl' key for the 'Alt' key.
